Clean room, good beds, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and buffet dinner. Romantic atmosphere in restaurant garden. Own AC unit and free safe. Quiet street near promenade. Good value for money.

The walls were thin so you could hear the neighbours chatting - but is quite normal in these hotels..

The view of the room we had was not too much to look at. Only thing we saw was the back of the dirty buildings across the street.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city center, close to shops, bars, and restaurants. Plus, there's a parking facility available for a fee, making it convenient for guests with cars.

The hotel lacks safety measures. During our stay, there was an electric short circuit in our room which caused the air conditioning to explode.

Very friendly and helpful staff, everything was very clean and well taken care off, nice breakfast buffet and terrace. It´s a great budget hotel/hostel and excellent value for money. English/French/Spanish/Catalan spoken.

Sleeping with the window open was very noisy towards one side of the hotel, otherwise everything was great.

We had a fantastic stay at this hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering great recommendations for activities and places to eat. The room was lovely, with a comfortable bed and a modern shower. We also enjoyed the delicious and affordable breakfast. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. We even lucked out with free parking nearby. we highly recommend Hostal Rom Familiar and would definitely come back again.

The central location of the hostel was perfect for exploring the area. We were able to easily park our car nearby during our stay. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent advice on local restaurants and attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. We also enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast. we had a great experience at Hostal Rom Familiar and would highly recommend it.

The breakfast was small but more than adequate. And we loved Rudy and Arthur. Rudy really went above and beyond the call of duty when one of the lights in our room short-circuited and kind of exploded. We were not only upgraded to a much bigger room immediately but also given a partial rebate on our bill which we totally were not expecting. Rudy also gave us a room with a bathroom to shower on our day of check-out after we spent the day at the beach which made our bus home much better. We would return and we'd recommend it to others. Its not fancy, and can get a little bit hot in the summer months, but its everything you need for a nice trip to Roses.

I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The decorations were simple yet charming, creating a warm and welcoming environment. The common areas were well-maintained and easy to access, making it convenient for senior people like myself to move around comfortably.

It would have been even better for senior guests if there were handrails in the hallways and rooms to provide additional support and stability.

Nice easy going hostel one street back from the beach and the promenades.

With the very narrow back streets and mainly one way traffic, it can be very hard to work your way back to the hostal and its parking which is only 1 street away. Stay a few days and you'll soon get the hang of it though.

Staff gave us a good welcome, very friendly. breakfast good for price and in a good setting. nice little garden.
